FTL Finance recently acquired Thomas Leasing, a company providing HVAC financing since 1995, as an initial step toward building a national specialty finance business. Intending to grow organically and through acquisition, FTL Finance focuses on high quality customer service, efficient processes, and the development of long term relationships. Currently, it is negotiating acquisition of substantial portfolios of HVAC and water heater assets.
